Our Associate Ashley Mullen successfully represented a young individual in a pro bono case referred to Pallas from The Legal Aid Society. Our client was involved in a minor vehicle collision, which occurred in a rental vehicle, and resulted in the matter being referred to a debt collector who threatened to sue our client for alleged property damage.

New York, 7th December, 2023 – On December 4, 2023, Pallas Partners (US) LLP filed an amicus brief on behalf of The Trevor Project in support of four transgender Medicaid beneficiaries challenging a Florida law, Rule 59G-1.050(7), that was adopted for the purpose of denying coverage for gender-affirming care to treat gender dysphoria.

Pallas Partners (US) LLP Files a Further Amicus Brief on Behalf of The Trevor Project

New York, 16th October, 2023 – Today, Pallas Partners (US) LLP filed an amicus brief on behalf of The Trevor Project in support of two transgender athletes challenging an Arizona law, A.R.S. § 15-120.02, that was adopted for the purpose of prohibiting transgender girls from participating in school sports consistent with their gender identity. The athletes succeeded at obtaining an injunction prohibiting the law from blocking their participation on girls’ sports teams.
