Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery Statement

Statement

This slavery and human trafficking statement is made on behalf of Pallas Partners LLP (“Pallas”, “we”, “us”, the “Firm”), and sets out the steps we have taken in 2025-26 to identify and eradicate potential modern slavery risks within our practice and along the supply chains which support our business activities.

The Firm is committed to working to the highest professional and ethical standards, and we recognise that slavery and human trafficking is a growing global issue and will not tolerate any violations of the UK’s anti-human trafficking and anti-modern slavery laws.

Pallas is a limited liability partnership registered in England, and providing legal services to corporate entities as well as private individuals.

Our supply chains relate to our business as a law firm. Our suppliers mainly consist of legal, accounting and other professional advisers, outsourced services providers, PR, communication and recruitment agencies, and IT, technology and information businesses.

Policies and Due Diligence

We carefully select all relevant third-party suppliers having undertaken suitable due diligence and we monitor the reputations and bona fides of all such suppliers on an ongoing basis. Businesses which are selected as third-party suppliers will be informed that Pallas will not tolerate any form of exploitation or breach of relevant UK legislation and will be asked to abide by our Code of Conduct.

We have evaluated existing supply chains and concluded that they are low risk in relation to slavery and human trafficking, both within our practice and with regards to external suppliers.

Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to taking all reasonable and practical steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking has no place in our practice and external supply chains.

Training

Despite the risk of slavery and human trafficking being deemed as low, we ask that all appropriate staff review the Firm’s Modern Slavery Policy, to ensure they have a strong understanding of the relevant risks within our practice and supply chains.

We are also committed to providing relevant individuals necessary and regular training on modern slavery, including how to identify and report any concerns, and supplier due diligence.

This voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement is made for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 and was approved by the COLP and CAO.
