Rachel focuses on complex and cross-border litigation and arbitration, arising out of banking and financial services as well as restructuring and shareholder disputes. She also advises on white-collar adjacent civil litigations and financial sanctions.
Rachel has experience in proceedings before English, New York and Singaporean courts. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for an eminent arbitrator in Asia and has particular experience in commercial arbitrations under a variety of rules, including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and SIAC rules.
