Konadu Amoakuh

Konadu’s practice covers a broad range of litigation including complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and trusts. She has substantive trial experience, including deposition experience where she has acted as second chair.

She is proficient in French.

David Dinkevich v. Deutsche Telekom AG et al.

Represented a majority shareholder in a telecommunications corporation’s class and derivative shareholder lawsuit brought in Delaware Chancery Court.

 

Elisa W. v. City of New York

Represented named plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit brought against the New York Administration for Children’s Services and the Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services challenging systemic failures in the New York City foster care system and seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.

 

Opioid Distributors Multidistrict Litigation

Represented a pharmaceutical distributor in settlement administration and negotiation with plaintiff classes in opioid multidistrict litigation.

 

Chemicals Corporation

Successfully represented a chemicals corporation in arbitration seeking compensation from another company for costs associated with litigation liabilities.
