Kelly’s commercial litigation experience spans high-value civil fraud, public law, and private client disputes before the English courts and in international forums, including the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts. Her broader practice includes acting on contractual disputes, class actions, and product liability litigation brought by individual plaintiffs and state entities, and advising international corporates on litigation strategy, reputational risk, ESG frameworks, and anti-economic crime regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was seconded to the litigation team of a global consumer goods manufacturer operating in highly regulated sectors. In her early career, she supported the legal teams at a UK public inquiry into a major public health incident.
Kelly maintains an active pro bono practice, advising on employment and immigration matters. She has previously acted on a successful INTERPOL Red Notice challenge and represented the claimant in an unpaid wages claim before the Employment Tribunal.
