John is an Associate in our New York office. His practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in Delaware chancery actions, contract disputes, and contested restructurings.
Recently, John’s representations include a biotechnology start-up in a bet-the-company case against its R&D partner, telecommunications executives against claims of fiduciary duty breaches in connection with a multi-billion-dollar acquisition, and an ad hoc committee of convertible note holders in the Chapter 11 proceeding for Intelsat S.A.
John formerly served as a law clerk to Judge Matthew W. Brann of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern to Judge Michael B. Brennan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
