Anastasia Cembrovska

Counsel

Anastasia is counsel in our New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts. Anastasia has worked on high-profile matters including creditor rights and adversary bankruptcy matters, antitrust class actions, white collar matters, and contract disputes. Anastasia is a native Russian speaker.

Bombardier Inc.

Representing 2034 Noteholders of Bombardier Inc. in litigation to collect a make-whole payment arising from a covenant breach and to invalidate a vote-rigging liability management exercise.

 

Norske Skog

Defending fraudulent transfer claims in Chapter 15 adversary proceedings brought by the trustee of Norske Skogindustrier, an insolvent Norwegian paper company, relating to a 2016 restructuring.

 

LBI Media Inc.

Counsel for an ad hoc group of second-lien creditors in a contest plan confirmation hearing and trial of fraudulent conveyance claims in the Chapter 11 of LBIA Media Inc., a Spanish-language broadcaster.

 

EpiPen Antitrust Litigation

Multidistrict class-action litigation on behalf of purchasers forced to overpay for life-saving EpiPens, leading to settlements of more than $600 million for EpiPen purchasers.

 

Generic Drug Price-Fixing Litigation

Represented a major healthcare company as an opt-out plaintiff in multidistrict class action litigation over price-fixing allegations covering more than a hundred generic drugs in In re Generic Drug Price-Fixing Litigation.
