Following a bench trial in March, Pallas has secured a victory for creditors in long-running litigation arising from the Hertz Chapter 11. The recent decision has been covered by numerous outlets, including Reorg and Wall Street Journal’s Pro Bankruptcy newsletter, and was recognised by AmLaw in its “Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout-Outs” column.
