We are pleased to share a significant win for our clients in the Hunkemöller case – as the New York State Supreme Court allowed key breach of contract claims to proceed over the company’s motion to dismiss.
This is a closely watched case with significant implications for the capital markets, both in the US and Europe, and the Court’s ruling upholds critical protections for minority creditors in liability management exercises.
