Judge Kaplan is overseeing a lawsuit that E. Jean Carroll brought against Trump that seeks additional damages for defaming her in 2019 when Trump denied her allegations of sexual assault.
Josh, a former federal SDNY prosecutor, tried a month-long securities fraud case before Judge Kaplan and said, “He’s there to get the trial done perfectly for everyone and not to waste anyone’s time.”
