Our partner Joshua Naftalis shares his thoughts on DOJ’s efforts to forfeit the Amadea, a 348-foot yacht that it alleges is owned by Russian oligarch Suleiman Kerimov, and the expected court battle.
The case is led by DOJ’s KleptoCapture Task Force, which was created in March 2022 to target Russian oligarchs.
