Our Partner Josh Naftalis spoke to the FT, ABC News, Ali Velshi on MSNBC, and CNN about a recent civil fraud ruling against Donald Trump and Trump’s upcoming criminal trial. On Friday, a New York State Judge found that Trump had fraudulently inflated the value of his properties, ordered Trump to disgorge $355 million in ill-gotten gains, and barred him from serving as executive at the Trump Organization. In March, Trump faces his first criminal trial in a case brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
