Our Associate Ashley Mullen successfully represented a young individual in a pro bono case referred to Pallas from The Legal Aid Society. Our client was involved in a minor vehicle collision, which occurred in a rental vehicle, and resulted in the matter being referred to a debt collector who threatened to sue our client for alleged property damage.
As a result of a thorough investigation and subsequent communications, the insurance company agreed to release our client from all claims and actions for damages, including thousands of dollars in liability.
