Ashley Mullen

Associate

Ashley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and disputes, as well as white collar and internal investigations. She has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, and chemicals.

Ashley maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing clients in Section 1983 civil rights actions.

Ashley formerly served as a judicial intern to Judge Cynthia Bashant in the United States District Court in the Southern District of California.

Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement

Advised a multinational company in connection with an investigation performed in response to whistleblower allegations of revenue recognition and other ethics and accounting issues.

Represented a financial services company in connection with a cybersecurity regulatory investigation and enforcement action by the New York Department of Financial Services.

 

Complex Civil Litigation

Advised a financial services company in connection with litigation involving federal and state law claims, as well as related Section 1782 discovery proceedings.

Represented a global chemical manufacturer in toxic tort litigation involving alleged harms from environmental chemical exposure.

    Our Associate Ashley Mullen successfully represented a young individual in a pro bono case referred to Pallas from The Legal Aid Society Our client was involved in a minor vehicle collision, which occurred in a rental vehicle, and resulted in the matter being referred to a debt collector who threatened to sue our client for $18,000 for allegedly not obtaining the correct insurance.
