Shivani is an associate in the London office. Her practice focuses on cross border commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. She has experience acting on High Court litigation, including trial experience, and has acted for financial institutions, public bodies and other corporate clients. She also has experience advising on regulatory and enforcement matters, including investigations conducted by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Prior to joining the firm, Shivani was seconded for six months to the legal team of a leading international bank.
Shivani maintains an active pro bono practice and has advised individuals in connection with the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
