Jingxi’s practice focuses on white collar crime, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and securities and complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience acting for corporate and financial institutions on FCPA, money laundering, anti-corruption, financial misconduct and sanctions issues.
Jingxi has represented clients in the energy, banking and financial services sectors.
Active on the pro bono front, her experience includes acting on asylum matters and preparing an assessment of Ethiopia’s legal aid system.
Jingxi formerly served as a law clerk to Judge Freda L. Wolfson (retired) of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a judicial extern to Judge Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
