Divya’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has experience acting for private companies in commercial disputes, shareholder litigation and ICC arbitrations across a range of sectors, including energy, pharmaceuticals and real estate.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing asylum applicants and advising not-for-profit organisations on tax-exempt status applications.
