Susana is a leading disputes lawyer who brings with her an unparalleled range of experience in litigation before the English Courts and other jurisdictions, including proceedings involving complex commercial litigation, finance litigation, as well as securities fraud and competition litigation.
Susana’s practice crosses the most important sector boundaries and regulatory frameworks including finance and banking, telecoms, mining, natural resources and energy.
Jack’s practice focuses on international corporate and commercial litigation, M&A and shareholder disputes, complex civil fraud and arbitration. He has experience in working with Latin American sovereign states and has worked with institutions in the energy and corporate sectors.
