To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Pallas hosted two internal workshops. The first session was hosted by Employees Matter, where Nick Elston shared his own experiences of mental illness and mental health challenges, as well as his insights on how we can manage anxiety, boost our resilience and begin to live a ‘life on our terms’, personally & professionally.
The second was an interactive breathwork workshop which included tips and practices on how the way we breathe can soothe feelings of stress and unease.
