Our New York partner Duane Loft is quoted by Bloomberg on yesterday’s ruling from the New York Supreme Court denying Bombardier’s request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by an ad-hoc group of 2034 note holders, represented by Pallas Partners (US) LLP, which claims the jet maker violated debt covenants when it divested its rail business, regional jet program and aerostructures division in 2020 and 2021.
